Imagine you are a furry cute little animal waking up on a bright beautiful summer day. The sun is shining and out of nowhere the sky begins to darken and ..... we need you to fill in the rest! What is going on? Will something magical happen? How will the animals get through the day? How will we celebrate when the sun will finally show again? What will your adventure look like? Join us for a week full of storytelling, movement, singing, creating and fun!
Each morning we will meet at 9 am to check in, make some music together and hear the day's activities. We will then break out into small groups and work on our stories, original music and artwork until 10:30. At 2:00 we will meet again to check in and share the wonderful work that was done on our own!
On Friday we will all come together for a spectacular presentation at 2 pm of our amazing stories complete with a soundtrack and artwork to match! This unforgettable journey will not only serve as a template for future storytelling, art creating and music making, it will also help children through these trying times as we are all looking for when the sun will shine again! $184 - includes all classes, a short camp guide (answering FAQ), and our signature A Day in the Forest Music Kit (a $90 value for FREE!!) complete with A Day in the Forest CD and Booklet, a set of Note Knacks (to help kids create and record their compositions), Boomwhackers (to add pitch) and egg shakers (to add a fun sound!)
