Music Alive! is a series of FREE Zoom webinars which focuses on music, rhythm, movement, and wellness for ALL AGES, hosted by a panel of international experts, musicians/educators/healers, working with a variety of inter-generational populations, including children, teens, communities and seniors. The one-hour sessions are presented on the 1st and 3rd weeks of the month during winter, spring, and autumn. NO MUSICAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
With support from Music for People, Music Alive began in May 2020, in the first months of the Covid pandemic, and was originally designed for seniors, caregivers, and their families, as a way to stay connected while being isolated from their loved ones. We soon realized the need for this information was not just for the senior population, but for intergenerational populations. Since the pandemic began we have presented 41 musical wellness programs, which we saved as videos. We encourage you to use these tip-filled videos as a resource, which are available for viewing at your pleasure.
And remember: NO MUSICAL EXPERIECE IS REQUIRED!
