Learn 3 Ways to Drum up a Better Brain
Mary shares three great ways to drum up a better brain by drumming across the midline of the body. Joined by guest music educator Elizabeth Coash of Lilly Lake Elementary School in Minnesota, Mary offers clear and simple drum and movement activities that cross the midline of the body which engage and spark brain function, relax and calm the body, and provide a wide variety of possibilities for enhancing brain neuroplasticity. These activities are terrific for all ages from early childhood to seniors, and everyone in between! You may view the long version (12 min) or the short version (4 min)

Alive with Music! - Senior Wellness Project
