DIGITAL DOWNLOADS:  Music tracks that are designed to support your musical explorations, improvisations and growth. Please feel free to download them and use them as a pathway into discovering your innate musical wisdom.

LESSON PLANS: Designed primarily for Elementary Classrooms, featuring fun and engaging improvisational music-making and movement activities. 

MUSIC ALIVE! LIBRARY: A library of 41 one-hour musical wellness programs which focuses on music, rhythm, movement, and wellness for ALL AGES, hosted by a panel of international experts ─ musicians, educators, healers ─ working with a variety of inter-generational populations, including children, teens, communities and seniors.
